
I’ve had a craving for biscotti for a while, ever since my wife bought me some from a gourmet coffee shop. Having had much success with Martha Stewart’s recipes before, like my cupcakes, I decided to search for a Martha Stewart biscotti recipe. I found this Cranberry-Pistachio biscotti recipe, but substituted the pistachios for almonds and I drizzled them with white chocolate once cooled instead of sprinkling sugar on before baking as the recipe suggested.
I only took 1 picture, while they were on the cooling rack. I forgot to take after pics. Hopefully next time there’ll be more pictures!
